Rear sway bar links

Since I pretty much did my lift piece by piece I never got around to getting the rear extended sway bar links. Well, I made my own.
First, I took my stock rear shock and using an awl and hammer, I released the pressure. it wasn't super high but just make sure you don't put your faceover the spot to be safe. And no, I didn't get fluid on my face.

next, I cut a slice around the cylinder to get inside. A 3/4" nut held the guts together. I used my angle grinder to get the welds that held the sleeve to the top eye.

I cut the eye part off of the front OEM sway bar link and welded it to the rod. Ground off the rust and the little bit of splatter and here you go, 3 1/2" rear sway bar links.
