New JK

Howdy all,
Let me first say I struggle with most forums I belong too. I hope I do not get lost here. That put out there.
I'm a former YJ and TJ owner. New JK owner.
I seem to stumble on this site every time I would search for Jeep help. So I figured, I might as well join.
My first Jeep ride was in an old Willy's or Ford in a farmers field in Wisconsin. The next was CJ 7 in 1982. All I remember from the first ride, was, it was a flat fender and had a star on the hood. Not to say it was a real MJ. I was about 12. Decided some day I would have a Jeep. My first wife was practical and Jeeps were not. A friend of ours had CJ 5 and rolled it on the higway. No way my wife was letting me have one. First thing I did when that marriage failed. I bought me a Jeep YJ. It was short lived for finacial reasons. But I swore I would buy another. In 2001 that happened. Unfortunatly after 10 years of faithfull service the frame has succummed to rust. Due to many years in Ohio winters I will suspect. I moved to Corpus Christi Texas in 2008. Just purchased a JK sport. I was saving for a Rubicon but economy and early demiseof my TJ forced me to settle. I still have to find a home for my old TJ and try recover from the financial loss. I just do not have time or resources to rebuild it.
I hope to some day to make this machine a little more trail worthy then she is now. I am sure folks here will be an invaluable resource as I venture down this new path.
