knocking sound on the front right/stopping issue

my wrangler has been making a knocking sound on the front right side when i either turn or go over a pothole (periodically...not all the time). the knocking sound is like thumping/something loose. Also when i ALMOST come to a full stop i hear a small grinding noise up in the front right (it also has a rough feeling when stopping...its not smooth. i feel my car has a small bumpy feel)

does anyone have this issue??? i feel like i need new shocks/get my wheel bearings checked out. i looked at everything and nothing is loose/snapped off.
