I don't think my Jeep was home ten minutes and the decals came off. The wife came out to the shop and I was peeling the stickers, she just shook her head and walked away. She said, "really what is it about stickers that you hate so much?"
I clean the area good so you don't bake some crap onto the paint, use a heat gun (hair dryer on high would work), and then heat the entire sticker liberally then move to an edge and heat for a second move the gun away and start an area with a finger nail. Once an edge is started move the heat again to the sticker and stay just ahead of the peeling with the gun.
It is hard to explain but once you see how it is going you will be able to keep just enough heat on it to remove the sticker as well as the adhesive and move at a consistant rate. It is more of a feel than anything scientific. I only had a couple of small pieces of adhesive that I had to go back and remove with adhesive remover. Most everything came off with heat and peeling at just the rate where the adhesive is releasing.

Also good to wax the area where the stickers were when you're done, to make it as uniform as possible.
Here are some of the ways others have done it:
Completely Remove Stickers/Emblems
See sunnykk's post (#5) in thread below for how to remove the Trail Rated badge. Did this yesterday, and his advice is right on the money.

Has anybody had success taking off the stickers?
I have a 2012 JKU Sahara...I was thinking about taking off the "Sahara", "Wrangler", and the "Unlimited" stickers. Has anyone completed this? Any tips, tricks?
