|Geno||Mine was a loose "plastic" channel that the weatherstrip glues on to at the bottom of the glass. I took it off the glass and cleaned everything good. Re-siliconed it back to the glass with some "adhesive" silicone. No worries now for over a year.|

Do you have a oversize tire hanging on your tailgate? If so, you need to make sure the rubber tire snubbers are tight against the spare. Especially the bottom one under the tail gate.
Some people have had good luck with rubber or plastic tubing. Cut a slit down the length and fit it on the bottom of the hard top lift gate glass.

Hard top rear window pops open
The rear window on my 2003 Rubicon pops open at various times starting with the passenger side. Once that side pops free then the whole thing begins to rattle. If I open the back door and reseat the window it will be fine for a couple of days. Anyone else have this problem and any suggested remedy?
