|JKatfish||Test drive the manual, then test the auto...big difference, but its what you are used to, esp if its your DD. The auto in the 2012 is way better than the 2011.|

Sounds like the Sport S should do the job nicely.

|daggo66||Sport or Sahara depending upon the trim and comfort features you want. Rubicon would be overkill and a waste of your money. Auto or stick depends on your personal preference.|

Opinion on Purchase of 2012 JK
First time buyer of a wrangler unlimited.
I am a older gentleman, who plans on only mild off road trails, for photo opps. The majority of time it would be for road use.
What model would best serve me.
As far as equipment
I presume 373 gears, limited slip, tow package, cruise, hardtop, not sure what group package would be best.
Auto or Stick ?
Appreciate your collective knowledge on this subject.
