solman I got mine from Savvy, with the discount code JF10 they were the cheapest I think it was $170 shipped.

I to had an old style of the Novak shifter, you will be highly impressed with the improvement even over it with the newer design Jerry.

Simple and works great.

That has nothing to do with it. It has everything to do with the orientation between the drivetrain and tub. Regardless of that, the stock linkage is an overcomplex maze and even sucks when you're bone stock....you just don't realize it until you shift with the Novak. In comparison, the Novak is a linear design--no bends, linkages, or connections to screw up. Smooth and adjustable describes it well.

Jerry Bransford That's a great shifter, my TJ will get one of those one of these days. My previous TJ got the older version Novak shifter which did not use a cable and it wasn't worth the effort it took to get it shifting right. Novak came up with a winner with their latest cable version.

popstj Installed my NOVAK Cable Shifter in Dec 2011... Best $$$'s ever spent. Recommend this cable shifter to all TJ owners....

GoldenSahara00 Glad you like it! I am waiting to get mine until I do everything else including the TT, so I dont have to worry about setting up and tearing stuff apart twice. I have mine rigged up to work for now

JeepinDave Not bad at all. Definitely remove the skid when installing. It'll make life much easier.

SteelBlue44 Good to hear! i just ordered mine on monday from Rokmen..hoping its here before the weekend to install, also waiting on my SYE and Tom Woods CV shaft, and UCF hi clearance TC skid...Im so excited to install and then straight to the trails!

Novak cable shifter = amazing

To the other guys who had that clunk in the floor board after installing their body lift, I highly recommend this cable linkage setup. Clunk is gone and 4hi, lo, and 2hi all shift into gear like butter! Although it is pricey , it was the best money I've spent on my tj thus far. Very pleased.
