|Mr. Fish||I can tell you that the hard doors open just enough to allow you to get in/out. Can't say how much the soft doors would differ, but likely not much.|

Apparently these work. I think they look tight too...probably the ones I'll end up getting, cost effective and a solution to the problem you're trying to solve. these are actually cheaper than the ones you posted up.

Mirrors for Full Soft Doors ?
I am planning on getting full soft doors real soon, and I am trying to figure out the best option for mirrors. With the soft doors, I am aware that any hinged mirror will not work. However, I am looking for something other moving my factory mirrors with relocation brackets. I found a post or two about these mirrors, Rugged Ridge 11025.10 - Rugged Ridge Quick Release Mirror Kit for 97-12 Jeep® Wrangler TJ, JK, TJ Unlimited & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec and I am thinking they will work, but I am not sure how far they are from the body and I am trying to figure out if the soft door will be able to open all the way with these mirrors on. Every pic I found with these mirrors is a pic with the doors off.
Also, I currently have a pair of aftermarket mirrors that slip into the door hinge. Is there any type of L-shaped bracket that will attach to the body of the car so that I can use my aftermarket hinged mirrors? Just trying to figure out the best option from any soft door owners. Sorry if this was covered elsewhere.
