dogsnhorses Doors lock when you hit around 15mph in drive, but you shut the doors then turn on the jeep. Turn on the jeep then shut the doors, they lock....pretty F'd up. Gonna look into seeing if that feature could be turned off.

Years ago, I had an auto rear door lock on the caravan, which could be turned off with a lever inside the door. Seems to be a ridiculous feature on a two door jeep, unless it has something to do with the remote start feature (which is an awesome little feature to have)

dogsnhorses Guess I'll hide a key. Mental note to have one without all the dohinkeys on it made when I go to the dealer.

No soft top yet and I ain't the kind a girl who carries a billfold in her drawers.

rebelBullDawg325 witha soft top you should just be able to pull a window out and get in. or the magnetic hide a key works good

Dare2BSquare A magnetic key keeper hidden strategically on your jeep sure comes in handy. I keep mine under the hood, but mine's a yj so there is no hood release to have to mess with. Don't know about the jk.

Levinoss If you have a soft top just pull ur window off. At least that is what I have done every time I have locked my self out. I always keep a spare in my wallet because I never go anywhere without my wallet in my pocket so I have not had an issue for awhile.

Brunette has Major Blonde Moment.....

Not sure what the hell I did but yesterday I was loading some groceries in the back, stopped half way thru, opened the driver door thru my purse in the jeep and started it. Shut the door, finished loading, shut the trunk, went to get in and all the freakin doors were locked.

Is that a normal thing and if so can I turn that freakin function off? Stood outside for an hour and had to bribe my kid to leave work to run home and bring me the spare key.
