+1 Some may like it but, from a sales standpoint, its completely understandable why jeep scrapped it.

A couple older photos hard and soft top.
What front bumper is that? Looks like a police style mounted on the stock?

panthermark I have no clue as to why Jeep pulled the tan tops for the JK's'....but it could because what Jeep called "tan" wasn't really "tan"....it was more of a brownish-greyish-green color.

Jeep need to bring back "Spice"...that was a wonderful color. My original goal was a Winter Chill JKU with saddle leather and a tan (spice) top.

hair2831 That looks hideous on that 4 door. Ugh. It might look ok if it was a much darker green.

lostboy Bestop makes the BST-54717-36 its a Khaki soft top. It looks good on the reds and the dark greens

gunmn74 I have the Natural green and with all the back it just blends together.
I would like some contrast but I hate chrome accessories. Green and tan
use to be an option. I would like to get my hard top painted tan. Dune maybe?

Ballandchain My favorite Jeeps of past had Khaki tops/tan interior....

GravelRoad I would like one of the Bestop trail covers in khaki. The black and gray just doesn't look as good with the saddle interior.

Dogface Bestop Trextop does come in a dark khaki...

vgerardi I was bummed that they don't offer that anymore either. I think it would look good on my white Jeep with saddle interior. There are a couple of aftermarket soft tops that you can get in khaki. I think Pavement Ends has one. Too bad the Bestop Trektop NX doesn't come in anything but black. That is the soft top that I want.

Why no tan top for JK?

I think it would go great with a tan or green jeep with a saddle interior. Is there an aftermarket top in this color anywhere?
