I have to go against the prevailing opinion here. My experience with the BFG KO's has been good on road performance and outstanding tread life with mediocre of froad performance. I have gotten 80K miles on at least two sets of KO's. But in the interest of full disclosure I am driving on DuraTracs now for their off road qualities.
You will have to judge the aggressive look part for yourself.

|ESP||Stay away from Nittos unless you like your jeep feeling like your carrying 4x people when your not. Duratracs or Wild Peaks are great choices.|

I'd recommend the DuraTracs or one of its counterparts, as well.
If you go with 15" wheels and tires you'll save $$ over the larger wheel sizes. Like MTH said, look for an alloy wheel in 15".
You want a wheel with 4.5" backspacing or less (most of the 15's are 3.75" or less). The smaller the #, the more your wheels will stick out from the Jeep.
Any questions about wheel fitment, PM or call Discount Tires Direct (forum vendor). They'll hook you up. You'll also get $$ off from them by being a WF member. If you join Tread Lightly for $25 (see vendor section), you can get $100 off the DuraTracs.
Be aware that a 33" tire will likely rub your fenders if you go offroad without some sort of minimal lift, either a Teraflex leveling kit or some other small spacer lift. On-road you'll be fine.

The BFG KO (AT) aren't aggressive looking IMO and everything BFG seems overpriced. I say Duratrac, Kelly TSR or Fierce Attitude. All 3 are classified as an A/T but are aggressive and all 3 are made by Goodyear. I also hear rave reviews about the Nitto Trail Grappler, though technically an M/T. I run the Kelly in 315/75R16, a 35" tire. I am sure my pics are here somwhere.

Here you go: (http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/new...ws-126381.html)
31s are smaller than stock, so you want 33s. 15" wheels usually only fit if they're alloy, not steel. The Cragers are steel.

Wheel/Tire setup: sggressive looking AT w/ good road life?
I bought my 2011 unlimited sport back in July. It came with the stock 16" wheels and small tires. I was looking to get either 15" or 16" wheels, and a much bigger and more aggressive looking AT tire that has good tread life on the road. I will be driving 95% on road so I am really looking for something that is practical for me. I will probably not get a lift anytime soon so I need something that fits stock.
I have heard good reviews of both the Goodyear Duratrac and the BF Goodrich AT. Do these tires have good tread life? And if so which one has more tread life? I like the look of the Duratracs. Also should I go with 33's or 31's?
As for the wheels I am not sure whether to go with 15" or 16". I like the look of the Cragar soft 8's, do they come in a 16"? What else would be a good cheap wheel?
I would appreciate any suggestions for my situation and any good combinations of wheels and tires.
