A ticking 2010? Not possible... OK, just pulling your chain and it appears that you're in good hands here, towards running this down and solving your problem. Be sure and let us know what you find.

Raziel I have a 2011 & it started to tap/tick & couldn't figure it out. Check oil level & it was low a bit.I believe about half way. And I could hear it pretty much at idle only. I could rev it at idle & here it still. Wasn't really loud. It was low enough but at a point you hear it.

Just had the oil change a few weeks ago & haven't heard it since. Not your issue, but to anyone who is reading this, here's one thing to check if you hearing ticking noise.

Check your build date. I think this has been resolved.

Doc3613 Update! My tire weights were knocked loose off roading causing it to vibrate at higher speeds. Lesson learned, going to fix that lol

pkmcd99 Ive seen sticks and dangling headlight plugs do this. Little fog light plugs are common to. Check out anything loose. Minor stuff, its a jeep

Doc3613 It's not the engine! Sounds like its coming from the front. Im wondering if a barring would cause that. It's only at 40mph or above, atleast that's when I hear it

kbwwolf Speed sensitive bomb?

It's almost impossible to help you without more info. Is it coming from the front, the back, the roof? Does it change as you speed up and slow down (I know you said it disappears completely when you slow down)? Does it sound like something in the engine?

Best I can do.

daggo66 Could be a valve tap. Have you checked you oil? If that's good you should check oil pressure.
