JeepandMud @scentral: Thanx for that info. I'll take a look as well.

scentral mt You should also look at Under cover fab. I got their aluminum skid plate and it's a big improvement over the factory one. Good quality stuff.

Wesboy The only Genright product I have is a pair of 'windsheild guards' and they just don't fit that well. Of course, I see it every day and don't even notice it any more but it would have been nice to have a better fit right from the start.
Still it's better than looking at my trail dented A-pillars.

Windsheild Guard, un-painted

I've only seen two other pairs and they have the same fitting problems.

jerryj Poison Spyder has good stuff too they are also a vendor on here. They are great with customer service and are really nice people. They are right down the hill from me and welcome you to come check them out even though they dont have a show room.I have a Genright roll cage and have called a few times for different things and they were very helpful too.I havny delt with Savvy yet just met some of them at TDS safari run but have never heard any thing bad only great things. Its hard to decide which way to go for me so far I have to say the spiders are adding up on my rig.Though I may be partial because they are so close to me I dont like to pay for delivery some times its a deal breaker for me to have to pay a huge shipping cost. They are all expensive but you definitley get what you pay for.

Poison Spyder didnt go out just sold to a great off roading family who are growing in products and size.I Follow them on face book for deals and new products.

Imped When you start getting into the fun stuff, you'll become very familiar with them all.

JeepandMud Thank you Imped. I have not heard of Blue Torch Fab or Ruffstuff Specialties, but the others I have heard of. I've also seen that Spyder Customs has their website going, but I thought they went out? What about them? I've heard good things, yet don't see them as much around anymore.

@Jerry: I checked out Savvy as well and definitely liked what I saw.

Jerry Bransford Genright is outstanding, so is Savvy Offroad. Be sure to check them out too at Savvy Offroad

Imped Much better stuff than most of the companies talked about around here. They're not your standard run of the mill "lift kit" vendor, that's for sure.

Others to check out:

Poly Performance
Ruffstuff Specialties
Savvy
Currie
Blue Torch Fab

91badass My buddy bought their stretch kit for his TJ, tank, rockers, and rear panel guards, everything fit and was good quality, the only problem was they shorted him some hardware, and he kind of had to fight to get it. He got the boat side rockers and they are bad ass.

02Prove GenRight is good stuff... Pricey but definitely reputable.

XJ Knight It's beyond reputable.. there a top notch company.. if you can afford there alluminum skids buy buy buy.. Them and Savy are the only two reputable companies I can think of that make alluminum skids and armor.. And both make solid product..

GenRight Products?

I'm looking at buying some rocker panel guards and other panel/body protection (rear corners, skid plate, etc) and have been looking at GenRight, but don't know a lot about them. Is this reputable company that does well on the trails? The shop I bought my lift from gets a discount from them since they are an athorized dealer for GenRight and Zone. If I should avoid them, why? And why other companies out there are good for the body and panel protection that I'm looking for?

Thanx all in advance
