Triple88a If i was him i'd just tap into the sound bar wires that go to the light (i think pink and yellow) and run them across the roll bar piping into the new mirror. That way u wouldn't have to mess around with the dash at all.

Again the only problem in doing that is you will not be able to turn the lights on unless you turn on the sound bar light.

JCS05Rubi If I remember right, when I was looking at the schematics to wire up a door switch on the hard top window, I believe the door switch in the A-Pillars are just ground. In other words, when you open the door, it completes the circuit and sends ground to the instrument cluster to turn on the lights.

Maybe you can use the power off the under dash lights, and the ground off the door switch, the one that goes TO the instrument cluster?

ok so your mirror has that knob on it that moves the entire mirror then?

anyhow as i said if you want to get it to turn on with the door, you will not be able to turn on the mirror lights without having the sound bar light on unless you use another switch.

So the mirror did not have 3 wires? Only 2?
in that case if you wire them to the sound bar light so when u open the door, it turns on.. you will not be able to turn them on with out the sound bar light turning on unless you make another switch so you can give it power even when the sound bar light isn't on.

Radiator and Body Lift update

New radiator came today... Installed, filled and tested it...Everything seems fine... What a mess that was..
The lift looks pretty decent but needs a budget boost to finalize things..

The smoke headlight covers look slick but I cant see sh#t at night... Installed a rear view mirror with map lights and I finnaly have light!!!!!

I just can't figure out how to get them to work with the door/dome... There is a pink and yellow wire going to the under dash dome...I hooked into both and only had power to the lights, the door switch did not make them turn off...
How does one wire that correctly...The mirror only had a ground and one wire...

Pictures tommorow as I'm beat
