whiteyj Feel for us, it's a brisk 56 degrees today and windy. But headed to 80 for the weekend. Just might have to pull the top off for summer.

jgwalt no, i'm not gonna lift it. i like the stock height. ya, theyre just old and just F'ed. im gonna use this whole can of pb blaster before i mess with it, hopefully nothing bad will happen, but ive learned from experience that something always goes wrong LOL. i'll let you know what happens. thanks guys!

jpdocdave i don't know if i'd jump right to that. if you've sprayed them, and when you do it, work them back and forth a few turns at a time, most will come out ok, the rear two mounts are the ones that break. life is easiest if you get them out all in one piece.

1BLKJP no tricks, just wrenches, sockets or air gun and a floor jack with a 2x4 to lift up the body.

replacing body mounts

hey guys, I'm planning on replacing body mounts soon after I graduate from high school in mid-May. I consider step one as spraying them with pb blaster to avoid potential snags, which i have been doing. But I was wondering if anyone had any tips, tricks, helpful info, or the standard way of doing this? thank you !
