You might want to also go to this site and request the build sheet for your particular VIN. I did it some time ago and had an answer within 6 hours. It will let yoiu know what sort of equipment it had from the factory. No charge.

Bushmaster Sorry man. I didn't mean to sound like a smart arse. That shits me when cars dont come with their manuals. I don't know for sure but you should be able to get a new one from the stealership or at least on line and print it off. They do come in handy.

Jeeplover1 ATF+4 is the power steering fliud and what kinda of AXLE?

Bushmaster Have you had a look in the owners manual in the section marked specifications? That should tell you what specs the oil has to be then take it down to supercheap auto or repco or bursons and get them to point you in the right direction.

Jeep wrangler TJ 2003 6cyl

I am wanting to check and maybe replace gearbox oil in my jeep . It's a manual , can anyone tell me what type of oil I can purchase for my gearbox in Australia. Also wanted to purchase power steering if anyone can tell me what type. Thanks
