MrBash I'm not a fan of the plastic blocks. I do like the rubber jugs in the front incase I have to push someone. Next Week I'll be welding all of the wholes in the front bumper. I'm going to cut the ends at an angle and weld it shut with steel plates, sand it down, clean it with mineral spirits, primer it and paint it Satin Black .......about 8 coats.

G54 I took off front and back and replaced with the caps. I like the back off better, even though I agree they probably offer some protection. I think it looks better when I can see the rear of the tires without the jugs.

[TheYJGuy] Very nice

jpoutlaw I'd leave the rear ones on. Looking good!

dj_chizzle did you buy replacement end caps? you can't even tell from the front. i just took the plastic jugs off with no replacement. looks better that way. as for the plastic blocks, i say leave em on. i hardly notice mine.

XNeoJesterX yeah, i think 'em keep it on.

I've seen alot of pros to keeping the rears. They do offer some sort of protection.

rubicon looks good

richp Don't throw those front bumper thingies away, if you get an aftermarket bumper with shackle mounts they can be fitted over the shackle mounts and duct taped in place in the event you want or need to push someone without punching holes in their rear plastic facia. No. don't ask....

orange05tj looks good. I threw mine in the garbage and also threw them rubber dingies out and welded on some tabs for shackles.

DiPietro I removed front and back the first weekend I bought it... I still have the front plastic blocks by the hooks, I may take those off right now..

CRAP it's raining

NY94YJ Don't look back.......Sell em on E-bay to someone who does not know better.

I am almost disappointed that my TJ already had after market bumpers (besides the fact that I would not have gotten tube bumpers) so I did not have the honor of removing the Jugs. I think that should be a right of passage for TJ owners.....and I missed out

Looks good btw.

I donno man, with those things off the front bumper looks like swiss cheese. I still do not know why jeep put unnecessary holes on it.

I like it like that though, it has the offroad look
