Beach_Jeep Thanks everyone!

I will take the advice I have received the most of so far, and use the SEARCH function!

In the mean time, If anyone does see a nice TJ frame, or know of any good / trusted Jeep mechanics in the DC/VA/MD area that they have used before, please feel free to pass it along! I will keep searching for both until then.

Hello everyone!

I am the new owner of a 1999 TJ. Needs a bit of work, but love it so far. The frame needs some work, and am not too sure how to proceed with it. The mechanic said it was very rusty and I am wondering at this point if it can be sandblasted and repainted or better to get a new one. Jeep has over 170,000 miles but looks and rides great.

I look forward to being a part of this community and hopefully meeting up for some off road rides.
