I like my engo and I bought the remote for it and it's an awesome option for around $35!

Yes it does! I also just installed welcome distributing foot pegs for when I'm doorless and they are an awesome product!

jdesmul I have the Hard Rock edition and wanted to keep my factory bumper for now. I think that if I relocate the solenoid, I think, (hoping), I can mount this winch internally in the bumper.

This bumper requires Part # 82213840, winch mount kit because the bumper is "winch capable", not winch ready. Found it for $388 on Mopar online. It's $450 at Quadratech.

dealerjoe Depends if you're the type that has one in your house. Hope to never use it but could be a huge $100 investment. Vehicles create an immense amount of heat, and that is when everything is performing as intended. Add to that the fact that on average you're carrying ~20 gallons of fuel with a low flash point being transferred through a $10 fuel line. It's just cheap insurance. No one wants to watch their rig burn to the frame when out in the middle of nowhere. Plus there could be other times it would come in handy, like wheeling in those western states or anywhere exceptionally dry. Exhaust pipes could catch some tall grass on fire and with an extinguisher handy it's no big deal, without one it could literally start a forest fire. In the end it's to each their own...

jdesmul 1. it's a cheap
2. it kinda looks cool
3. I carried one in case something that I did on the trail caused a brush fire. Jeeps don't really catch on fire more often than any other vehicle that I know of :-)

A lot of Orv parks that let you wheel there legally require you to carry specific items on your jeep for insurance purposes. Fire extinguisher being one of them.

If it's glare from anything coming off your hood, it will help. It's like eyeblack for vehicles. Especially effective for light colors - it makes a big difference.

Went in the Honda, took about half a tank. Nice drive with the wife, met a fellow Jeeper and shook his hand. Checked out his excellent JK.

It isn't always about saving a buck.

Also, these would have cost a lot to ship as they are pretty large and heavy. And shipping could have caused damage. My way saw them going from his hands to mine.
