I am considering doing this, how well do they work? And where did you find the mirrors?

I just found out the same thing today. Couldn't find a filter anywhere. Looks like the dealer on Monday.

krawdaddy This was a few days ago, but I forgot to post. Like others, I went topless:

It was the first time I've ever taken the doors off any Wrangler I've owned. It was different driving it around.

I installed my HD mirrors:

Just before taking the top off, I spent the day "looking down" on it:

That being said, It's easy to just remove them off the seat & set them aside - they use velcro to hold onto the rear seat back. The one for right side is larger, but folds in half to save space. About 2" thick when you fold & stack them all together.
That is what I figured - but since it is just velcro it sounds easily adjustable. Thanks for the info I think I'll pick a set up.

TheJackal I took the freedom top off for the first time. (Took possession yesterday evening). That was my accomplishment. The hard top hoist install is in progress but didn't finish today.

I reaimed the headlights based on the stock beam pattern (tape on a garage wall). The fogs are riding about 5" higher than stock right now - should I worry or attempt to adjust them, too?
