Captbrando Adjust how? Right now I just have the standard hinges. Are the screws holding the hinges in too loose?

FreedomTop Leaks

Esteemed Jeepers:

I have a JK (2007, Unlimited Sahara) with both the Freedom Top for winter/spring and the soft top for summer fun. I've noticed this year that the top has developed several leaks around front driver and passenger doors. I've taken the top in to a local dealership for repair twice already this year, and in both cases they have replaced seals or whatever voodoo they doodoo while taking chunks out of my wallet to the tune of $200/pop. I'm tired of this cycle and am hoping that you folks may have some suggestions.

It appears that when there are hard rains (or even say through a car wash) that water seeps around the door seals. The passenger door is already challenging to close, but apparently the seals are just not all sealed in the right places.

Do you guys have any options I can look at for doing my own repairs on this? What should I look for? Where are common leaks found and what are their causes?

Thanks so much!
