Nooo Code 33 is A/C relay, if u don't have A/C don't worry about it.

For TPS it would b code 24.... But u didn't get that... And neither did I... For some reason the computer didn't pick that up ..... But I went ahead and replaced the TPS cause that's what most on here suggested and it's working great!

Unrelated (I hope) - Stopped at the gas station today, got back in to start it and nothing. Dead stick. Fiddle with fuses, nothing blown, stick the key back in and it's alive. Go to start it, and nothing again, back to dead stick. Didn't want to be stuck, so push jumped it and drove home. I think the last owner did a PP install on the battery, and the ground isn't pulling enough current to start. Gotta get up tmrw and check it out, too dark to tinker with it tonight.

I'm seeing the fun in YJ ownership, it's a new puzzle everyday! It's actually pretty neat.

trail-n YJ That's what mine was when I had my light on throttle body position sensor and a/c but I don't have a/c so replaced the sensor, stripping the tiny Torx screws so made it even hard to replace, then it was off to change the starter

MickeYJ Yup mine gave me 12.33.55 I think but I didn't have engine light and no a/c.. Turns out my TPS was out and this think didn't pick it up. But I'm glad peeps here helped me troubleshoot

Is this a bad o2 sensor, and do I only have one?

Appreciate the help if anybody knows.
12 is saying that the ECU has been disconnected within a certain amount of time, if you don't have AC then you don't have to worry about it, for the o2 sensor could be the connection or the sensor itself id check out the sensor connection and then reset everything and see what it says if not then you probal have a bad sensor

BlueRidgeYJ Thanks, but I'm a bit confused off that info. It flashed {1 2 3 3 2 1 5 5} which I read as 12 33 21 55, meaning 12?? 33 A/C clutch(I dont have AC), 21 O2 sensor, 55 end of codes.

Is this just a bad o2 sensor, and do I only have one? What gives with the 12 and AC clutch codes?

Appreciate the help if anybody knows.

How do I pull DTC's/clear MIL (check engine light)?

So I'm drivin' home today and BAM - little red light comes into my life, so...

How do I check codes on a 94 YJ? I imagine it's a jumper here and there, I just don't know which here or there.

I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer - sorry if this thread already exists.

Thanks
