DILLIGAF last fall I took my Same spice colored top on my 95yj, Cleaned it with just water and a scrub bruse, let it dry in the garage for a day then taped off all the important things and sprayed it with 3 cans of the textured bed liner spray from autozone and held up awesome so far.

Painting Hard Top Questions

I am planning to paint the hard top on my 92 Sahara to change the spice to black. I know there have been a number of posts on this subject and it looks like most people have used Krylon Fusion paint. My question is......aside from the prep of cleaning and it necessary to primer paint the top before applying the Krylon paint? The very top of my hard top has spots where there is no paint...only fiberglass. Any advice or links to pertinent discussion threads is appreciated. Thx
