solman Looks great. I picked up a set of cloth doors with bad fabric last week for $25. I plan on doing the same thing as soon I find some aluminum.

Rawkon all i need is the frame from the bestop fabric doors. i can make the skins pretty cheap for what they are. its about 150 for supplies and about 6hours to cut, roll the bead, weld the fasteners and mock it all up. if i had to do it over again i would move and add a couple fasteners on each door. i need to get a bead roller that fold the out edge over at a slight angle... currently mine are filed smooth. PM me if your serious and want a real quote.

Rawkon pasteris by the time i fabbed and shipped them you can prolly get em done cheaper at a local fab shop. I used my old bestop cloth doors, removed the clothed and just fastened the aluminnum sheet to it. about 4 hours labor and 100 bucks in material including the fastners.

4x4builder1 Hit it with a coarse tire cleaning brush to dull the finish some and clear it. Good cut job looks great.
