I've followed this thread for a few years, and I believe I met a few of you guys a year or so back out at The Rock, but never really got around to actually posting and figured it was time!

I've had a few JK's (2012 and 2013 Sport 2 door) and just sold my lifted 09 WK to pick up a 2015 Unlimited Sport. The mod sickness has already set in and I have a Teraflex 2.5" kit and 33x12.50 Grabber AT2's mounted on 15" MB TKO's on the way.

I'll post up some pics once everything is installed but figured I'd say hey to everyone.

Alright man, sounds good. I'll be sure to stop by and hopefully get to know you guys.

That's our fb group chat page. We have meetings the first Sunday of the month. We will be on the brickyard the 19th of September and have a couple more events planned.

So just post here or pm me so that I can better track the number of participants due there likely being food at the event.

09-04-2014 12:16 PM
eton We used to do that almost every weekend....then evil Facebook came along , now its all about likes and statuses. That was a couple years ago.....if you get bored go back in the forum posts around 2011 - 2012, pretty entertaining...

Mammoth919 Can I propose a meet up in the Raleigh Area? Just have our own little Jeep Show and get some brews...Swap stories meet new people share knowledge?

Projectgrizz93 Hey guys just got my trail rig up and running(finally) now I need somewhere to go. Live near Fayetteville

ESP Page is relatively mild unless wet, then it's pretty different. One of the biggest places to go slow is just the beginning. Navigating the small space around the dirt hill at the entrance is all.

I haven't been to Page since 2012 but IIRC I spent about 45 minutes driving around out there. I was taking my time but it was/is fun if you're not used to hardcore stuff. I was in a stock 2012 Sport and didn't have any issues.

10cent I have a few leftover and takeoff parts if anyone is interested.

Superchips 3872 (unlocked and ready to go) and VDP stubby kit for JK:

Superchips 3872 Flashpaq Tuner and JK Wrangler Stubby Bumper Kit

Five Sport 17's with tires and TPMS:

5 Nearly New 2015 JK Wrangler Wheels and Tires 255/75-17

I know this isn't the correct place but I figured it would be the best place to get this in front of local folks. I'll take $50 off the wheels/tires and Flashpaq for forum members!

What is the best entrance point from RDU? 24w or 64? Plus since I. Have only hit some off road short tracks in Apex, I am nervous with no winch or sufficient jack really.

Any suggestions of local trails in the area to get warmed up on?

Anyone camp at Badin Lake?

Thanks!

Tom
