McDaniel If your talking about a small crack about a inch long that runs from the edge of the panel by the window down ( sorry I am in my office no pictures) Then you will find most all TJ's will have this. I have read many threads about this on line. Drill a small hole at the end of the crack and you can fill and paint if you think you need to make it look nice. It is a stress issue with the full doors and the small hole will keep it from traveling (becoming longer) Most people dont see this as an issue.

Jeeplover1 Mine isnt cracked. I guess you could get some plastic weld? hmm i need to know this for future purpose

Ow can i fix this all the jeeps i looked at had this problem?
