I seriously doubt it. I've got tube doors, and frankly, if I got t-boned I'd expect that they'd make effectively lethal projectiles which would scour the flesh from my skeleton quite handily.

Or at least not give me a lot of safety, coverage-wise.

These are thin steel doors. Not bank vault doors.
They don't offer much protection.

daggo66 It is no less safe with the doors off then on. Read the sticker on your header. It states that they are for protection from the elements only.

Sparkplugg The safety problems are pretty obvious. Get some mirror relocation mounts or some motorcycle mirrors and you should be good.

Doors off?

Does anyone know of safety problems when going door-less on the highway? Is it illegal in any state?
