Master4th The horn works with 2 metal plates that contact when you push the button down. Mine stopped working, the plates where rusty. I got them back to bare metal and reinstalled. Horn works great.

No need to unhook the battery, on the drivers side where the horn is, it has a plug that is easily removed/installed.

brentd711 I just got the horn working in my '92. There's some fun stuff in there if you have to go into the column.

YJ325i It just snaps on, I would disco the battery or you will make the neighbors mad. Try and hook direct battery to the horn (bench testing) see if its just the horn itself. If its the horn, time for an upgrade, go big.

Removing Horn Off Steering Wheel?

The horn is not working, rarely works, on my 94 YJ. How can I remove the logo button on the wheel to clean the connection and see if that works? At other suggestions?
