MTH All else being equal, you should get the 3.73 and the LSD. Both are well worth what Jeep is charging for them. The benefits of each have been hashed over in a zillion threads, but the point is that 3.73 will be better than 3.21 and an LSD will be better than an open differential. If given the choice, you should get them.

ShoreWrangler Without a doubt get the 3.73 and LSD if you can get it. I special ordered so I could get both of those options

jkjeeper06 Having a manual with 3.73 gears is perfect. You can easily run 35's without a regear. It'll be easier on your engine and tranny too. If I were you I would absolutely get the 3.73 gears

IMO yes. but what do you plan to do with your new JKU? if it's not a rubi, and you lift it... somewhere down the road you're going to throw bigger tires on it. having a 3.73 (not sure about the 3.75, maybe a '12 thing ) makes it a little easier to turn the bigger wheel and tire combo. yep.. i just said combo.

Need advice!

I am about to buy a 2012 wrangler unlimited ... They have two I'm looking at one with LSD, 3.75 gear ratio and towing package the other with out. Both with a manual transmission... Is it worth having the extras if so what are the benefits?
