On the aev website, go to the tire carrier for 759. The part number ending 25AA is the upgrade. Since it is out of stock, you can't click on it but same price as the quad link above.

|JaysGolf||regarding the rust on the front bumper, my dealer took photos and submitted them to Chrysler with the hope of a replacement. he said there's a possibility since rust is covered. ~fingers crossed~|

|OregonTrail||Has anyone bought the AEV Tire Carrier for the Rear Bumper? Is it plug and play. I'm assuming it is a direct fit for the bumper? Anyone know of a good place to purchase it?? Does AEV products ever go on sale?|

|docbott||Received my AEV bumper repair seal kit. Basically you clean the rust out of the seam then apply sealant. Then spray paint with AEV textured paint. Everything is included in the kit except I am using the Dremel to clean out the seam. Once I do it i will post some pictures.|

|back in the game||So back to the bumper rust issue. Guys are lucky that AEV came out with a kit. If you read your corrosion warranty it states that corrosion from salt or other chemicals is not covered. AEV states because of a chemical used on road surfaces for winter treating the rust occurs and that can kill our MFG warranty. My Kit is on the way and had to buy a dremel and wire brushes so I could do the repair. Oh well I think I will do the fix since my dealership is not acknowledging the rust.|

|Mikel01||Dave H. from AEV stated in a forum post on his site the seam rust is left over slag from the welding process. He recommends coating the seam in black touch up paint. My rust comes back every few weeks. An AEV design flaw? Is that even possible?|

Yes mine is rusting on both sides but I put rust inhibitor and then used black caulk to fill gap.
I guess I should have taken it back for warranty work
