Pullsout we may not be camping either. it's not like we live that far away. If we have to we'll just load the jeep back on the trailer and head home in the evening.

Ahhh...so that was you at the mud pit?!

blkrubi88 I was there yesterday, had a good time.

At the top of Daniel.

Riccochet There were a few sketchy spots where I lost all traction and slid backwards a good 15 to 20 feet. I got there real early and there weren't that many people at all on the trails. It was still raining pretty good as well. Where I was sliding looked like it didn't see much traffic before me. Sucks hammering down slingin mud trying to go forward while sliding backwards. My wife was freaking out, I'm like "we're all good as long as we slide straight" lol.

Overall I've seen better turnouts for non-events.
Im with Riccochet, the turn out wasent nearly as big as i thought it would be but maybe it was because of the rain. The swap meet was rather small and the only person selling something worthwhile was the guy selling fried oreos.

I thought for sure the mud was going to be a fun killer for my 4 banger but it did just fine except for one hill climb on dickey bell. At the top of wolfs den i took the easy side and made you take the harder side ( my bad ). luckily my dad had just installed those front tow hooks cause he thought he was going to be pulling me out all day.

This was the first one so hopefully it will keep growing each year.

Kernal Clink A couple more.

There are some more on my son's phone so when a I get them I'll put them up.
03-31-2012 03:12 PM
Kernal Clink I just got home. I was wheeling with some folks I ran into about 9 this morning. Man was it sticky out there. The ol' YJ did just fine and pulled every hill except Daniel. I didn't even try. I got water in the floorboards from the mud pit, pictures of my rig flexed fully and more mud inside than out.

Vulcan Classic Since it rained I decided to put in my front coil spacers instead, I'm gonna head down to URE Sunday morning if anyone is still interested; I'm not much into the mud thing either

I'm hoping this rain will keep it from being a dust bowl tomorrow.
