74 CJ Dana 44 Can I put it in my 2000 TJ?

Just acquired a 74CJ Dana 44 Rear End. Currently have a Dana 35 in my 2000 TJ. Want to swap rear end. Looks like lots of modifications required. Need coil spring perches, shock mounts, sway bar mounts, etc. Anyone tried this? Definitely not a bolt in.
