finally have a garage :)

spent last weekend getting all the wife's boxes out of the garage and started on organizing a little, and since I had a semi-functional garage, I did a few things for the JK

finished up the pulley rig for the hard top hoist and went topless rigged so it's about 40lbs of pull to manually hoist the top. easily removable and installable by myself. hangs a tad low (might have to adjust it up a bit), but I have both the lift rig holding it and an extra rope cradle just in case, making the total load rating around 500lbs.

also fabbed up a foot peg-

welded two bolts together for the frame and wrapped it in aluminum chain maille. Only got the one, but being that I have proof-of-concept done, the second will go together quickly

I also stuffed the sound bar full of poly-fill. can't say it really sounded any different with the top on, but with no top or doors, it's a lot clearer at lower volume IMO.
