will i have to worry about my driveshaft length?
i want to install a SYE/cv shaft and rear upper control arms on my lifted tj.
it has the dana 35, which i dont really want to spend any money on to upgrade... what i want is a ford 8.8. Probably from ECGS. but because of funding, i need to hold off on the axle.
my question is this: If i buy a SYE/cv shaft with a length that accommodates for the D35, will i need to buy a shorter drive shaft?
i believe the ford 8.8 is 1/8 inch longer with respect to the pinion...
or can i get away with figuring in the 1/8 inch on the measurements? or is that unwise?
