IamJayson Cool. So which transmissiom fluid do you use.?
04-02-2012 09:35 PM
jrussblues Yes, it is same as the fluid in an auto trans. This is more common than you think. I topped off my ps fluid when I changed my at filter because I had a little extra left over.

InvertChaos Not 100% sure as I haven't had to deal with it yet. Maybe someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

IamJayson Cool. Very informative. But he said on the note that 03's and newer (I have an 03) use ATF+4. Isn't that for transmission fluids?

InvertChaos Scroll down to where it says power steering, hopefully this helps

IamJayson
quick question

Quick question guys. Power steering fluid- is it a 'pick one, anyone' situation? Or is there a specific type I should use? Much like engine oil grades.

Thank you for replies.
