It was a partial inside joke. Everyone that knows me knows I practically live on my jet ski during summer weekends. That means I don't do much off-roading in the summer unless it's an overcast or rainy day.

I hope I can get a group of jeepers to hit the lake with me this year.

I am ready for the lake, for sure.

My work schedule sometimes has me working weekends on short notice so I prefer to do maybe and confirm later, rather than confirm and have to back out at the last minute.

jmcc75 I miss you guys cuz Maryland "jeepers" just flat out suck!! I still get flipped off more than I get waves but the only person I can talk to at work about going out wheeling drives a 97 expedition on 37's:\

So I decided to not take so many pics as it was getting too hard to organize everthing. So last weekend I didn't take a single pic. Sorry.

I've got various pics in my archives but they're mostly just pics of Jeeps when we take breaks on trail rides. I don't really have any pics of the trails per se.

Are you going to Battlefest this Saturday? A lof of us are going to be out there.
Still up here in Minn. Was going to be down there this weekend but things did not work out. Plus got 8-10 of the white stuff. This winter up here has been way to long with cold and snow! Have fun

We usually run trails that can accomodate stock but this is a recon run to scope out some harder trails that I've yet to run. We go out as a club on a fairly regular basis and you're welcome to join us anytime.

For this Saturday, you're probably be best served by just driving around some 1s and 2s and just getting the lay of the land, so to speak. We're leaving out of LR at 9:30 Saturday and you're more than welcome to convoy down with us. Just wanted to point out that you won't want to go down the trails we have planned for this trip.
Can you post any pictures from your run down there this weekend?
Thanks

I'll be out there Saturday, unless an emergency pops up.

I'm treating this as a recon run. Am taking a small group down some 3s that I've never done so that I'm familiar the next time we have a larger group and I'm asked to lead.

I don't know exactly which trails we'll be doing yet.

4s, a few but I don't know which as I stick to 3s.

I'd be glad to type up a trail route that we use when taking newbies on their first run. Kinda nice to have a planned route so you're not just driving around aimlessly....unless that's how you roll. LOL

SurfKaster My old stock 4runner did up to 3 diamond trails & I think we did part of a 4. You should be able to spend a full fun day with a stock JK. Here's trial link... Map | Superlift ORV Park

SurfKaster Just passing through. I lived in Benton for 10 years. Only went to the Superlift park once with my old 4runner, but sure would love to run through there again. Haven't seen a hill or rock since then.
