Anybody else interested in the tankless corners? I put in the AEV tire carrier and water tank, and now have two extra corners!

xavier07047 Does any know what light bar can be added to these tubeless bumper? I don't want to purchase the AEV premium bumper if I don't have too. I also don't want to drill in it either. I saw this one online but not sure what it is. Any help would be great.

whitetj I had #2516 but sold it earlier this year. Certain aspects about it really annoyed my on long trips. And, it was such a nice rig, I couldn't bring myself to drive it during the winter after I relocated to an area that has sand, slat and deicer on the roads all winter long.

It was a Silver JKU, black flares and hard top. I added the AEV premium front bumper and Warn 9.5ctis winch, Teraflex 1"/2" leveling/lift kit and Hothead Head liners to the hard top.

I often wondered where it ended up.

csvencer For those fighting the bumper rust issue, I just dropped mine off for a replacement. I had it in for the transmission line recall and asked about the bumper. They took some pics and said they were going to call Chrysler. Three weeks later and a bunch of calls from me with no response and I get a random call from parts that they had received a new bumper for me. Crappy communication, but I'm not complaining. We'll see how it looks this afternoon!

You can use 5200 which comes in black.

As it turned out, the body shop after getting their hands on my jeep reported they "could not preform the repair", and i was given a new one. sorry i don't have more detail, but i'm quoting the service writer.

It comes with directions and shows you how to adjust for larger tires (corrects speedometer and changes auto trans shifting to make it drive correctly). You measure the diameter of the tire under full load of the vehicle (mfg size and actual size measure can vary) enter the values in per instructions and that't it. Very easy.

It also allows you to adjust the TPMS sensors, idle RPM, daytime running lights, and some other stuff I didn't play around with.

It made the jeep go from feeling sluggish with 37" tires to accelerating and shifting more like a stock jeep. I used to be at 3k RPM going 40 now its at 1.5k RPM. It revs less and the MPG went up by 2 MPG.

My Jeep had 4:10 gears when I added the ProCal and it made a big difference. I have since recently swapped to 4:88 gears, and added gussets and sleeves to the axles. The change to the lower gearing isn't as drastic of a change daily driving as the ProCal but I knew it needed to be done running 37's.

How do you know what to set the shift points to? JW if there is a set of instructions to follow. Don't want to mess anything up.

BTW: I used the AEV ProCal to reprogram my shift points and WOW, what a difference it has made. It feels stock and its getting 2 mpg better gas milage so far!

loud pipes Mine's ok. A little high but the spray pattern hits pretty broad. Sometime u can adjust the nozzle direction by using a pin from the outside of the sprayer in and gently pulling the nozzle in the direction you want it to go.
