You can use 5200 which comes in black.

As it turned out, the body shop after getting their hands on my jeep reported they "could not preform the repair", and i was given a new one. sorry i don't have more detail, but i'm quoting the service writer.

It comes with directions and shows you how to adjust for larger tires (corrects speedometer and changes auto trans shifting to make it drive correctly). You measure the diameter of the tire under full load of the vehicle (mfg size and actual size measure can vary) enter the values in per instructions and that't it. Very easy.

It also allows you to adjust the TPMS sensors, idle RPM, daytime running lights, and some other stuff I didn't play around with.

It made the jeep go from feeling sluggish with 37" tires to accelerating and shifting more like a stock jeep. I used to be at 3k RPM going 40 now its at 1.5k RPM. It revs less and the MPG went up by 2 MPG.

My Jeep had 4:10 gears when I added the ProCal and it made a big difference. I have since recently swapped to 4:88 gears, and added gussets and sleeves to the axles. The change to the lower gearing isn't as drastic of a change daily driving as the ProCal but I knew it needed to be done running 37's.

How do you know what to set the shift points to? JW if there is a set of instructions to follow. Don't want to mess anything up.

BTW: I used the AEV ProCal to reprogram my shift points and WOW, what a difference it has made. It feels stock and its getting 2 mpg better gas milage so far!

loud pipes Mine's ok. A little high but the spray pattern hits pretty broad. Sometime u can adjust the nozzle direction by using a pin from the outside of the sprayer in and gently pulling the nozzle in the direction you want it to go.

csvencer Anyone else have an issue with the center mounted windshield washer sprayer? Mine doesn't spray anywhere but the center of the glass. Bugs infront of the driver, forget about it. I can see why they went back to the two squirts version.

that's him trying to "SSHHOO" you away. its extra work for him as he has to deal with the warrantee people both in house and at Chrysler. Also, many service writers are used to the "soccer moms & dads" who don't ask questions and just drop the dodge caravan off then pay. We jeep people are typically a different breed and a pain in their ass haha

i have been at my dealer every monday, the last 4 mondays... not for the rust, but i ask every time.

mind you, i'm not being rude or gruff at all, i'm being a gentleman. however, i'm just not going to give up.

Just something else to watch out for. It was awesome. After hard rains, my top would fill with water and I could hear it sloshing around and I would get a shower each time I turned or stopped. Lol.
what style did they replace it with?

TW CODMW3 Added this last weekend.

CoreyZ I gave up on the front bumper.... It was too wide for me and rusty so I chopped it into a stubby and painted it up.

She's a little dirty but this is after I got her new tires on.

35" MTR's with RE 2.5" coil lift. Still need to do arms/trackbars/tie rod flip/bolt upgrade, rear tire carrier w/ spare, some more armor underneath, winch... the story never ends.

10-4... i just told him (service writer) my bumper is rusting, is that covered, he took pics and told me he'd submit it to Chrysler. i guess it depends on what he tells Chrysler... crap shoot, but worth rolling the dice.

JaysGolf please, let me/us know if they replace it with the original or the one with the roo-bar..
