Also don't mount the high lift jack on the rear bumper!
Not a fan of the MCE Fenders personally I see why wheelers would be interested in them however. Just not the look or need for me. I know the Flat fenders from Bushwacker are a premium price but I like the look.

And Im planning on putting the HLJ either on front bumper or on top of the hood not sure yet

I keep going back to the Trektop NX for my softop choice over the Rampage. By the time you add all the things you need to make the Rampage work its only a little more $ for the Trektop which seems to be more versatile. When I get the soft top on I will also be painting the hard top excited for that. Also considering painting the inside of the hardtop black anyone have pix?

Thanks guys definitely not done I think I started on a nice platform to build on and change a bit. My buddy an (FJ Cruiser Owner) as seen in the pic installing the tail Lights said before I purchased it... Just Empty Every Pocket and I am beginning to understand what he means...

And what is typical for getting enough clearance on 35's? 4" lift and a 2" body or will flat flares give me all the clearance i need? Flat flares are going on either way...

1st time TJ Owner

I can finally say I am a proud owner of a Wrangler! A rig that has been at the top of my bucket list of must own vehicles and now I wonder why did I wait so long? My original plan was to spend a lot less on a Wrangler and pay cash for an early 80s VW Mk2 Golf for my daily driver and then use the Wrangler on the weekends but I fell in love with this jeep and couldn't resist. Important to note I don't on anything extreme as far as off roading but it will be taken on easy to medium trails through out Washington State.

02 Wrangler Sport
75k Miles
5 Speed
Sony Head Unit
Bushwacker Pocket Flares (For Sale here soon)
4.56 Gears (PO recently had this done) Speedometer is perfect checked it with GPS before I purchased the rig. Power seems very close to stock and so far very happy with the gearing.
35 Inch Dean Mud Terrain Radial SXT's
Pro Comp 4 inch lift with ES3000 shocks (as far as I can tell & some sort of steering stabilizer)
Ultra 15" Wheels
Smittybuilt XRC10 10,000 ib. Winch
Cobra Ultra III CB Radio & a Firestick
Clean installed Thule rack with a Rage Powersport Products Cargo Rack
Weather Tech Digital Fit Floor Mats (Finally a previous owner that understands the importance) Always the First purchase I make and did on my 2010 Sienna, 08 Scion xB, 00 Tacoma, and I currently have them in my 08 Super Crew Tundra as well. So thank you PO for saving me some $$$

Changes Ive made Since Ownership
Replaced stock HU with a Sony HU
Re purposed square lights to additional rear backup lighting
Plasti Dipped Chrome Headlight Bezels, KC Light covers & Baja Light Covers
Front License Plate "Mag Lite" relocation DIY

Build Plans (Please feel free to chime in I want feedback its why I am here)
-Soft Top/Doors Cant decide between Trektop NX & Rampage
-Changing to the Bushwacker Flat style Flares to gain more clearance. (I rub so bad that I cant even enjoy taking it out on trails yet. Its in Mall Crawler mode...)
-Plasti dip rims, front grille
-While the hardtop is off this summer repainting it black as well as the interior of the hard top black.
-Doing a mild Zombie Response Vehicle Theme (Adding an axe/shovel to the roof rack) Vynil stickers, Zombie Light switch. Changing interior to either Purple or Green LED's haven't decided yet.
-Replacing the stock speakers and adding a 10" Sub
-Considering a Best Top Rear seat that is the JK style. I have a 5 year old and the fact that its just a bench makes me nervous for whiplash if we get in an accident. For now I turn of the airbag and put his booster in the front seat...
-Change up the lighting thinking of going with 2 more round lights up by the windshield and getting rid of the square cheapos on the front.
-Change out the front & rear bumper undecided on type.
-Full size spare its currently a 33" tire with a slightly different wheel as well.
-Hi Lift Jack
-Seat Covers undecided
-Change the sidesteps and add some sort of armor
-Parachord door handles, grab handles etc
-Redo all the wiring to the lights
-Banks Exhaust & Manifold

What else am I missing???
