killerbee812 I might try the washer thing today and see how that looks. I donít remember do the factory rear shocks mount up with washers on each side of the bar pin? I had the Teraflex extensions on the factory shocks for so long I forget the original application. My Teraflex extensions had the washers, but also longer bolts to go through the extensions. Thanks for the advice!

Can you put washers under the top mounts where they bolt in?

That would lower it a little to give you clearance but might require longer bolts or change something else in a non-beneficial way.

sneck well I mean, several parts of that setup are adjustable. the one part that isn't is that elbow. You can rotate the main body so it fits with no clearance issues, and then twist the reservoir around so its still facing backwards. But I think most pictures I've seen from the rear have them with the reservoirs on the side, not facing backwards. maybe search for some pics of them installed

killerbee812 That is the rear. Are they backwards? The guys working at Teraflex and Quadratec today thought they should be facing rear.

sneck cant you install it facing the other way? or is that the front?

Fox TeraFlex Tuned Shock Issues

Went to install the Fox shocks with remote reservoirs today and ran into a problem. The 90 Degree elbow coming off the body of the shock that the hose hooks to is just barely touching the lip of the shock frame mount. There were no instructions with these or no mention of modifications. Has anyone else installed these before? Am I supposed to cut a slot in the shock frame mount? Am i mounting them correctly? Called Teraflex but the tech guys are all off until Monday. This was my planned install over the holiday weekend. Any ideas or thoughts?
