strider_mt2k Use that WD40 on the screw of the jack and run it all the way in both directions, then use some 3-in-1 oil and do it again.
That will keep it in a condition where it can do some good for you in the future.

daggo66 It looks like you've got some rust in there. You may have to spray it with some WD40 to get it to move when you turn it.

shredd_guy yea you have to screw it in a bit. it sort of expands to lock in. took me a Minute as well.
