Smittybilt C. Res system help

First off i have a 99 Sport and I am interested in the C. Res system, just not from Smittybilt or Safari Straps, its to cheap and to expensive for me. Im going to have my local canvas shop Sew Your Boat in Point Place, OH make it for me. They do awesome work at fairly reasonable rates. This is going to be a first for them.

What I need from someone is a few general dimensions of the C. Res. Im looking for the web thickness (looks about 2"), the dimensions of the openings (looks to be about 3"x4") and maybe a quick pic or description of how it attaches to the cage. Im going to order the tailgate bar and have them attach it to it.

Im going to take some of the work out of it for him and make a template on some poster board of exactly where and how i want the netting. We also talked about just cutting out the holes in 2 pieces of canvas and sewing the pieces together as opposed to sewing individual pieces of heavy duty nylon strips together. Its going to be pretty labor intensive with what looks to be about 160 seams for him to line up and sew, but im sure they will be able to pull it off with out many problems.

Thanks for your help! Any suggestions or tips on how to make this as easy as possible for them without actually purchasing the 2 systems is very appreciated. I want to have this done locally and support my local economy. Thanks again for your help.
