Lift Kits

I'm looking for a 4 inch suspension kits. Whats the difference between these two: Skyjacker 4" Economy Lift Kit with Hydro Shocks for 97-02 Jeep® Wrangler TJ - Quadratec
and Skyjacker Suspension TJ401BPHX - Skyjacker 4" Value Flex Sport Lift Kit with Hydro Shocks for 97-02 Jeep® Wrangler TJ - Quadratec
I guess I'm just curious why the fist one is almost $300 less... Would I really be fine with either? Thanks!
