What does changing the O2 sensors do? Should they be changed when Jeep moves to higher altitudes?

Will 31's help or hurt my MPG?
Probably hurt. More tire to start moving..especially in town. Not going to be bad though..

kfdjason7620 18-19 consistently, and I also drive it like a baby. I could tell a big difference just by keeping it 5 under the speed limit. And I work with a guy that makes his own biodiesel and he told me something I will never forget, to mash the accelerator as if an egg was under it.
And 31s with an auto with 3.07 gears
