But I can have a fantastic taco man there, with all you can eat tacos, chicken, fish and beef, beans, rice, and loads of grilled jalapeños and fresh onions, for three hours. We can do some RTI ramp suspension flex, and I'm sure some music and give always could be fun. Let me know what you think.

Oh, and I haven't gotten around yet to trying the bacon brownie we took to go. I'm still full.

New venue for next month? Ideas?

I wouldn't mind an In-N-Out, but we'd have to change the name of the Brew N Chew, since there's no brew at In-N-Out. And we'd need to find one with a big enough parking lot for us to park together. Any other votes for In-N-Out?

And do we want to try a different area? Anaheim's 1-1.5 hours each way for me on a Saturday, depending on traffic, but it seems to be central for the group.
The In-N-Out at Fullerton Town Center appears to have plenty of parking, if we want to stay near the Anaheim area, and if we want to go with In-N-Out.

Buena Park In-N-Out also appears to have plenty of parking.

This is how the smart isolator works....

First of all, only the OEM wiring harness is connected to the main battery. All accessories are connected to the auxiliary battery.

Now, when the main battery's voltage is at least 13.2 for 2 minutes, the batteries are paired. In this state, both volt meters will show the combined voltage. Both batteries will supply power to anything connected to either battery, and both batteries get charged when the engine is on.

When the combined voltage drops to 12.7 or below for 1 minute (presumably from drawing power while the engine is off), the batteries are isolated. In this state, the volt meters will display the individual voltages of each battery. All accessories connected to the auxiliary battery will only draw from that battery, preserving the main battery for starting the engine. When the engine is turned on, only the main battery will get charged until its voltage returns to at least 13.2 for 2 minutes.

yomondo You guys didn't get to check out my dual battery system yesterday because we didn't drive my Jeep, but for next time there's even more to show because today I installed the in-cab monitor and control accessories for this system.

- The green LED turns on when the batteries are paired. The smart solenoid in the engine compartment automatically pairs or isolates the batteries depending on voltage levels, so this just lets me know the status.

- The push button immediately to the right of the LED is a normally-open momentary switch. When pressed while the batteries are isolated, the batteries will be force paired for 1 minute. In the event that my main battery becomes drained, this allows me to give myself a jump start (from auxiliary battery to main battery) without leaving the driver seat or popping the hood.

- The push button on the right is a push-on/push-off switch to turn on or off the volt meters below. The top volt meter is for the main battery, and the bottom one is for the auxiliary battery. Because the batteries are paired in the picture, voltage levels read the same for both batteries.

And at the same time, I also wired in a 4-port power port, connected to the auxiliary battery, so that I can run plug-in accessories with the engine off, and not drain the main battery. It's mounted with velcro, and uses plug connectors for the power and ground, so that I can remove the power port if I want to. Power is also turned on and off with a hidden switch, so I can cut the power to it when I want to.

Oh wow...now that you mention it, you do fit that description rather well. You would have had to do it eventually or we would have kept hinting until ya did Seriously it would be very cool to have some fellow Jeepers check out your place. I am close by and would be happy to help if you need anything!

Like a place that would do a Sport D30 to Rubi D44 axle swap at a great price? Maybe in some random city like Yucaipa? Yeah, that would be great!

I designed my own burger too, but I'm still not sure if I'm going to live. It was plenty spicy, and my gut is still talking about it.

suicideking I personally could care less about having alcohol there, but I understand others may want it.

Other suggestions of places that aren't very expensive that have alcohol: pretty sure Baja Fresh and Chipotle serve. The Hat (pastrami) would be good, can't remember if they serve drink there too though. Plus there aren't that many locations.

The Hat, World Famous Pastrami

Pizza is always good too and they always serve drinks.
