TexasDemon84 Put everything back together and at first oil pressure looked the same as before about 70 without moving any. I went for a short drive and pressure started going up and down depending on engine rpm. No oil leaks. Still have very little suction from where pcv would be. Mine just has a plastic elbow. The front fitting however has lots of suction. Will post pic shortly.

TexasDemon84 Ok, I decided to take a peek under valve cover and as I was taking bolts out I noticed that most were not even tight at all. With the exception of two or three bolts I turned them with no effort at all and the other ones with minimal effort. Everything looks goods so now I'm putting everything back and Haynes talks about spark plug well seals and bolts with sealing washers. Wth? Could that have something to do with my problems?

Sandstorm95 It's a 95 and I think it has something to do with the pcv/ccv valve, I just don't no what

TexasDemon84 Mine is doing the same thing. This comes after I hooked up a vacuum line that was just laying there and replaced what I thought was pcv valve but it turned out to be just a plastic elbow. The place where I hooked up the vacuum line does have quite a bit of suction on it.

Garyk What yr? Some have pcv valves. Some do not. If u have pcv check to make sure its not clogged. If you dont have one. Check orifice at thrttle body for blockage

kboles89 It is from too much back pressure. Check to see how much vacuum is on the fitting (can't remember the name) on the valve cover. Then get a paperclip and make sure it is clean (fitting on valve cover). If that is good then you have too much blow by, which is super common, and you can try like z-max or engine restore with csl. If you use z-max make sure you follow the directions or you are going to destroy the motor!!!! But, it really works to help with wear. Other than that just check the oil and hope you don't run it too low...
