A guy I work with just did this. He put some JKUSport springs on his tj and gained 3.5". If I had a tj I wouldnt go much higher than that.

brendend I can do that, do u have a place we can put em on? From what I read we have to heat the top of the rears and bend the spring open a bit to fit over the bump stops going to have to wait till payday and I hope it only dose 3.5 cuz everything else I have is stock, other than shocks

wanderlust Jk springs I dunno how does a Frankie sound?

brendend Are they Tj or jk springs? And how much
04-10-2012 08:03 AM
wanderlust I have a set of 3.5 rock krawler springs collecting dust. Jk rear springs are shorter than Tj springs I think. Plus they are going to be much stiffer due to how portly the jks are

Anyone down for a little r&d project this weekend

So I've had my eye on the jk to Tj suspension thread in the Tj section and found a set of jku Sahara springs, supposedly you can gain 3+ inches of lift from jk springs an since these are the Sahara possibly more. I lack tools but woul like to try this, any takers if I can get the springs?
