Mudboy you DO NOT want to kill the novelty of the event or otherwise it will collapse. i've been promoting and organizing different motorsports events for 6 years now and thats one thing I learned really quick.

scott5640 i had a BLAST. it was so much fun doing the parade, and driving up and down the beach! flexed on the rocks and went over a sand hil and caught a little air

Brigantine Beach 4×4 Parade and Bonfire Saturday, May 19th
A family-friendly event, sponsored by the City of Brigantine and the Chamber of Commerce
Pre-registration: City Manager’s office at City Hall
Registration day of event: 10a-1p Brigantine Community Center. We encourage you to REGISTER EARLY at 10am, due to the growing excitement for this event.
$5 registration fee per car – only cash or check accepted for registration. Sorry…NO credit cards
A city 4×4 beach permit is not required
All-wheel drive vehicles are not permitted….only 4×4’s
Dogs are welcome, but must be on leash.
Free Ocean ave. parking at 32nd street, 26th street, 17thstreet, and 38th street
Bonfire will end at 10 pm. All vehicles must exit beach at that time
Camping is NOT allowed
Alcohol is NOT allowed <-- don't make it obvious and i'm sure you'll be fine
Food / Picnic on beach IS allowed
If bar-b-que….propane only…no charcoal
Parade start time is 2p
Parade starts at the 38th st. beach, proceeding north on the beach to Kirby’s Point (9th St south)…then turning south to 17th st. where judging will take place.
Winners announced during beach bonfire at 8 p.m.
$300 first prize
$200 second place
$100 for both 3rd and 4th place winners.
Volunteers Needed. Contact Ellie at 609-266-7600 Ext. 212 for info.

dhaus I'll be there! Even though my wrangler is a little banged up from a car accident the other day :/ do I just show up tomorrow? Or do I need to sign up somewhere first?

JTjeep64 As far as camping, all vehicles must be off the beach by the end of the bonfire which is 10pm

Nottusyeroc I'm hearing you can campout. But I'd call the town first and ask if you can for that night.

Nottusyeroc I'll be there. As far as camping it's if the town normally let's people but I don't think they do.
