Unlimited I believe what you are looking for are called "Door Surrounds". Tons of them on e-bay...

Ruperttoots Yeah i do have the full doors, ok I'll try them. I just wasnt sure if its gonna cost more or less to get them from somewhere else like JC whitney

branty I am assuming you have full hard doors? If so, that part is rather easy to get at your dealer. I am not sure of the cost.

soft top sides

I'm going to be getting a 1998 green wrangler and the guy is also giving me the soft and hard tops for it, but the soft top has a problem the trim that keeps water out from around the doors is missing is it hard to get that part? and where can i find it?
