Might have to sell the Jeep

Brought my Jeep to my mechanic to get some engine work done. When he put it on the lift, he noticed the frame was cracked in two spots. Still able to drive and no danger of the frame snapping in half any time soon. Along with the engine work it may cost over $3,000 to fix. KBB on it, without the cracks in the frame is around $9,250 including all extras is "Good Condition" How much will the cracks affect the KBB value? Not sure how serious cracks like these are.
